Cancellation And Refund Policy

 

1- For consumers using our website to find personal training services or any other services for which we refer our visitors:

  • We do not collect payments from consumers and therefore do not offer any cancellation or refund for fees you paid a personal trainer or any other professional we refered your business to.
  • For any cancellation and/or refund, you must contact the service provider directly.

 

2- For service providers who purchase leads from us:

A credit is offered if a lead was unqualified. A lead shall be considered unqualified only under the following circumstances:

  • Form Leads
    • The information provided was invalid making it impossible to reach the prospect in any way;
    • If a lead is not interested in even discussing any topic related to any service you offer. For example, without limiting the general meaning of ”Unqualified Lead”:
      • if you are a personal trainning company and one of our leads contacts you to inquire about nutrition, since nutrition is indirectly related to personal training the lead shall be considered qualified since a sawvy salesperson could potentially successfully close a sale with such a prospect. The only circumstance under which a lead is unqualified is if there is no interest whatsoever in any topic directly or indirectly related to any servcices your company offers.
  • Phone Call Leads
    • If a lead does not speak after you pick up the phone
    • If a lead is not interested in even discussing any topic related to any service you offer. For example, without limiting the general meaning of ”Unqualified Lead”: 
      • if you are a personal trainning company and one of our leads contacts you to inquire about nutrition, since nutrition is indirectly related to personal training the lead shall be considered qualified since a sawvy salesperson could potentially successfully close a sale with such a prospect. The only circumstance under which a lead is unqualified is if there is no interest whatsoever in any topic directly or indirectly related to any servcices your company offers.
    • Exceptions for phone call leads
      • If you fail to pick up a call during the business hours you specified you were willing to accept phone call leads, the phone call you missed shall be considered a valid and payable qualified lead. You are responsible for picking up the phone.
      • If you pick up the phone and inform the caller that you will call them back before it has been possible to determine if the caller had any interest in discussing any topic related to personal training, nutrition or any other service that is directly or indirectly related to personal training, personal health or any form of exercise. In such cases, a phone call will be considered a valid and payable qualified lead.
      • Every phone call lead is recorded. When you request a credit or refund for a phone call lead, you must specify the date and time of the call so that we may have the opportunity to listen to the recording in order to determine whether or not a call was an unqualified lead.
